Question 1

How does the 10-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial. You don't need a card to start, and you are never charged during the trial. Before it ends you can add a payment method and choose a plan; billing begins only when the trial is over.

Question 2

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

If you've subscribed, your plan simply continues and your first invoice is issued. If you haven't, your workspace becomes read-only: all your data stays safe and visible, and you can subscribe at any time to resume full access.

Question 3

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Plans are a flat monthly price per organization: Starter $50, Professional $80 and Business $150. There are no per-seat charges for wardens or students within your plan's limits.

Question 4

How many students can I manage?

Accepted Answer

Starter supports up to 150 active students, Professional up to 600, and Business is unlimited. Former students don't count toward the limit.

Question 5

Can I manage multiple hostels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter includes one hostel, Professional up to three, and Business unlimited hostels, each with its own buildings, floors, rooms and wardens.

Question 6

What roles are available?

Accepted Answer

Admins manage the whole organization, wardens run day-to-day operations for the hostels they are assigned to, and students use a self-service portal limited to their own information.

Question 7

How is my data secured?

Accepted Answer

Each organization's data is isolated in PostgreSQL with Row Level Security, so one organization can never read another's records. Access is role-based, files are stored privately with expiring links, and important actions are written to an audit log.

Question 8

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate before then without losing anything.

Question 9

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe and support all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are available from your Billing page.

Question 10

Can you help us migrate from spreadsheets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bulk room and bed generation gets your structure in place in minutes, and our team can help import existing student records. Business plans include guided onboarding.

Question 11

What support do you offer?

Accepted Answer

All plans include email support. Professional adds priority response times, and Business includes priority support plus guided onboarding for your team.
